The “flux capacitor” blends CO2 and nitrogen for optimal mouthfeel, while multiple temperature zones ensure each style is served at the perfect temperature. More than just a bar, Protagonist Clubhouse is a specialized beer tasting facility with intimate seating for around 30 patrons. Designed by Brand Bureau, the space exudes modern minimalism, resembling a flavor laboratory with sleek white oak furnishings and polished techno-gadgets.
