We are so excited to share that a Cluck project was recently recognized for its innovation and attention to our city’s changing needs. For the Cykel Apartments, we imagined the impossible for Charlotte: a parking-free multifamily building that prioritizes the needs of cyclists and pedestrians. We were instrumental in designing the massing of the building, the layout of the ground floor bicycle amenities, and in getting it rezoned successfully with neighborhood support. We ran the community meetings and continued to do community engagement throughout the process. We continue to imagine the best and brightest possibilities for our city, and are grateful for the opportunity to work with @grubbproperties and @bbm_arch. Many thanks to @sustainclt for the honor!
