This ground-up home boasts a modern and sleek design, consisting of a main house characterized by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and a detached garage featuring a secondary living space above. Connecting the two structures is a large sliding privacy gate. Given that a portion of the project site lies within a floodplain, particular attention was paid to elevating the house during both the design and construction phases. The exterior prominently showcases the use of steel, with a steel channel utilized in crafting the flat roof for a striking architectural statement.
