CONGRATULATIONS TO CLAY GRUBB ON WINNING THE 2026 PILLAR AWARD AT THIS WEEK'S HEAVY HITTERS AWARDS!

On October 27, we joined many of Charlotte's best and brightest professionals in commercial real estate at The Westin to celebrate the nominees and honorees at the Charlotte Business Journal's Heavy Hitters Awards! Cluck was nominated in the Top Mixed-Use Development for our work on The Joinery Phase 2, and we were honored to be celebrated among so many cool projects.

We were also very excited to support our good friend Clay Grubb of Grubb Properties, who received the lifetime achievement Pillar Award for his work in shaping Charlotte's real estate landscape. Cluck worked with Grubb Properties on the Link CYKEL Apartments, which is Charlotte's first rezoning for a car-free development. Congratulations to Clay, and here's to many more successful projects!

NOW OPEN IN DOWNTOWN CARY: LLOYD’S FULL SERVICE

We are so excited to announce that @lloydsfullservice has officially opened its doors in downtown Cary, NC! Housed in a restored 1950s Shell service station at the corner of Chatham and Academy, this vibrant neighborhood eatery brings fresh, retro-inspired energy to the community. For this project, Cluck worked with the owners to embrace the site’s rich history—preserving the garage doors, the exposed wood ceilings, and the iconic slogan, “Service is Our Business”. We expanded the space to feature a bright dining room, a bar, and a huge outdoor patio complete with a vintage green food truck parked out front. It’s the perfect spot for neighbors to gather and fuel up on creative takes on familiar American classics. Huge shoutout to our friends at Early Bird Night Owl for collaborating with us on this kick-ass project, and to @annarouth for the beautiful photos!
