We’ve gained as much experience as possible in the field of factory building. We’ve worked with shipping containers, factory built homes and prefabricated modules. Most cars are built in factories and have a much higher quality of fit and finish than a typical home. Working conditions are also safer, and more comfortable building inside than working outside on a hot roof.

For this ADU Art Studio, we looked to a hybrid system of factory built wall panels, and stick built roof and floor. The system was installed and roofed in three days, saving weeks of labor, minimizing weather delays, and making for a safer site.

There is also an outdoor workbench with a translucent roof, and a wood deck to create outdoor space without disturbing the mature trees.
