Petty Thieves Brewing is a spacious 4,960 square feet destination on Graham Street. The space is adorned with hidden gems and curiosities, evoking a sense of wonder and discovery. Drawing inspiration from the owners’ extensive collection of found objects, the design effortlessly integrates these cool and eclectic pieces. One noteworthy element is a hidden room, reachable via a Twin Peaks-esque corridor and a concealed bookcase. This secret space is crafted to evoke the feeling of being inside a beer barrel, making it a unique attraction for beer lovers.
Much of the space was built by the owners, showcasing their woodworking talents. Taxidermy elements create a unique hunting lodge ambiance, while the presence of bank teller lamps and typewriters infuse a nostalgic charm. A stage area and game room offer entertainment options for patrons, further enhancing the lively atmosphere. The interior design embraces a whimsical circus tent aesthetic, complemented by the grandeur of baroque-ish architecture and stained glass windows that bathe the space in a vibrant kaleidoscope of colors. In fact, it has been aptly dubbed the “church for beer.”
