The Inspiration Networks, Campus
Charlotte, NC
Dubbed "The City of LIght", this 93 acre campus in Lancaster SC is the new headquarters for the Inspiration Networks (INSP). Programmatically, INSP required a wide array of building functions, including production studios, offices, conference rooms, cafes, and worship areas - all as support for their 77 million household broadcast circle, reaching 38 countries worldwide. Architecturally, the new campus design is highlighted by; a waterfront setting, dramatic illumination, and a reverential tower that anchors the center of the development. The projected budget for this corporate campus is $98 million, with a phased construction timeline of nearly 10 years.
