Greenland Kayak Paddles
Greenland paddles were developed hundreds of years ago for paddling in windy, icy conditions. Their stealth performance allowed eskimo hunters to quietly approach arctic prey. Today they are still the chosen style for many expert sea kayakers, providing a graceful, yet infinitely functionally tool on the water. We make the paddles in-house, hand-carved from laminated cedar for lightweight strength and durability. Beautifully designed and crafted objects, each one is based on its’ user’s individual body proportions - a true extention of the human form. |
