| Plaza-Midwood Mixed Use Charlotte, NC This feasibility study combines residential townhomes, retail storefronts, office space and structured parking within a diverse neighborhood. Care was taken to negotiate between the scale of the commercial properties on one side of the site, and the fabric of the historic residential streetscape on the other. |
