"Ant Farm" Condos
Charlotte, NC
Only 12 feet were needed to create these living spaces proposed for downtown Charlotte. Grafted onto an existing parking garage, this concept provided pedestrian level retail venues and 2nd and 3rd story loft condominium units within a very minimal footprint. However, if constructed, the effect would be dramatic – changing an otherwise mundane parking garage into a hive of activity on the sidewalk and street.
